I attended the Shirley Craft Market a couple of weekends ago with a guy called Simon (You may remember us coming to speak to you!). We mentioned that we were organising a market ourselves and I therefore wanted to send you an email with more details to see if you would be interested in having a stall.

The event we are organising is called the ‘Neighbourhood Christmas Market’ and it will be held at our church hall in Beckenham on Saturday 14th December. The market will provide an opportunity to promote local businesses to the Beckenham area. It will also include children’s crafts, Christmas music, and some festive mince pies and mulled wine to get everyone into the Christmas spirit. Stall pitches are available to local produce and craft suppliers to promote and sell their wares.

Having seen your stall at the Shirley Market, we wondered whether you would like to have a pitch at our event. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask and I would be delighted to answer them for you.

The money we raise at the event, through stall holder fees, raffle, and donations on the day will be donated to the charity Shelter.

Please note that spaces are limited so please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested and I can hold you a place and send you an application form. I can then confirm availability before you submit your application and make the payment for the booking fee.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
